To give an accurate quotation and lead time, please provide: product name and category, material / grade / applicable standard, specification and dimensions, quantity, destination port or delivery place, required lead time, and your preferred Incoterms (FOB / CIF / CFR).

If third-party inspection is required, please mention it as well and we will include the arrangement in our quotation.

For routine enquiries on business days we usually respond within 2 hours; for more complex items requiring confirmation with the mill, we normally reply within 24 hours.

Enquiries submitted on non-business days are prioritised on the next business day.

Yes. We supply a Material Test Certificate (MTC) with each shipment and can arrange third-party inspection at the customer's request, ensuring goods match documents and quality is traceable.

If you wish to specify an inspection body or test items, please state this in your enquiry.

Yes. Beyond standard products we also handle custom sourcing of non-standard specifications and special grades, and can sign long-term agreements based on ongoing requirements to ensure continuity of supply and relative price stability.

We can also discuss mixed container loading arrangements if required.
