Mould
Mould Assembly
Mould assemblies for billet, round bloom and slab casters, including copper tubes/plates, water jackets, foot rolls and clamping structures, supplied to machine type and drawing.
We supply equipment and spare parts for the casting, rolling and steelmaking stages to mills at home and abroad, along with hydraulic and electrical control systems, sourcing to drawing or sample, and technical support.
Drawing on long-standing experience in the steel and metallurgical field and cooperative relationships with a number of Chinese mills and equipment manufacturers, we provide equipment and spare parts supply services to mills at home and abroad. From casting and rolling to steelmaking, we arrange equipment procurement, spare parts sourcing and technical support to customer requirements, and provide the corresponding technical documents and quality certificates.
Covering the main components and wear parts of billet and slab casters, and CSP thin slab casting and rolling lines. We have long experience supplying mould assemblies, mould copper plates and tubes, offering both finished products and machining to drawing.

Mould oscillation tables, oscillation mechanisms and related transmission parts, supplied as complete units or components.

Air-mist nozzles, water nozzles and secondary cooling zone accessories, selected to suit casting process parameters.
For hot rolling, cold rolling and section lines we supply the main consumables and key spares. Selection advice is available based on mill type, rolling specification and operating conditions.

Work rolls, backup rolls and section mill rolls, supplied to material requirements (alloy cast iron, forged steel, high-speed steel, etc.) and roll profile drawings.

Entry and exit guides, guide plates, twist rolls and roller guides, ensuring stock alignment and stable running.

Mill chocks, universal shafts, couplings and gearing, with associated seals and lubrication parts.

Shear blades, knives, table rollers and looper parts — common consumables on rolling lines.
Covering the main equipment parts and refractories for BOF, EAF and refining, plus ladles, torpedo ladles and associated parts.

BOF oxygen lances, sub-lances and lance body parts, including nozzles, barrels and lifting mechanism spares.

If you have a drawing or sample, the equipment model is incomplete, or the original supplier's lead time is too long, we can source to drawing or sample and provide substitution options and technical support.
Production and procurement based on drawings, samples or on-site measurement data, suitable for older equipment and non-standard parts.
Complete supply of small equipment, or packaged supporting supply for a production line, reducing the coordination cost of multi-source purchasing.
When OEM lead time or price is unfavourable we provide qualified, verified substitution options with an explanation of differences and risks.
Long-term supply agreements for commonly used wear parts, fixing models, intervals and pricing mechanisms to reduce downtime risk.
From requirement discussion to after-sales support, a dedicated specialist follows every step to ensure accurate models and controllable lead times.
Clarify equipment model, operating conditions, drawing or sample information, and required lead time.
Recommendations on material, brand substitution options based on operating conditions and budget.
Transparent quotation and feasible lead time, with the key points of the technical agreement clarified.
Production and procurement through OEM or verified qualified supplier channels.
Pre-delivery inspection, with third-party testing and reports arranged where necessary.
Customs declaration, transport and related documentation, with in-transit tracking.
Counting and acceptance on arrival, with technical notes supporting installation and commissioning.
Technical Q&A during use and follow-up spare parts replenishment.
Our equipment and spares cover the main production stages and supporting areas of a steel mill.
Yes. We support sourcing to drawing and measurement to sample. Please provide the drawing (including material, tolerances and heat treatment requirements) or photos of the old part with key dimensions, and we will confirm a feasible manufacturing and supply plan.
Both. We first explain the differences in price, lead time and performance between available channels (OEM parts, mainstream domestic supplier parts, verified qualified substitutes), and proceed once the customer confirms. For parts in critical service we will clearly flag substitution risks.
Commonly stocked wear parts are usually quick; lead times for custom parts made to drawing and complete equipment depend on the machining sequence and production scheduling. A firm feasible lead time is given at quotation. We recommend contacting us as early as possible once the maintenance plan is set so we can arrange production.
We can provide MTCs, dimensional inspection records, factory certificates of conformity, and third-party test reports (where the customer designates the body) as required. For exports we can assist with the documents needed for customs declaration and destination clearance.
For technical issues during installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance we can provide remote technical Q&A and written guidance; for projects requiring on-site support, arrangements can be discussed as appropriate.
Provide the equipment model, drawing or old part information and we will reply within 24 hours with a feasible supply plan and lead time.
